MEET THE DIRECTORS
Tom Hammond
Tom embarked on a unique journey, departing from formal education onto a City & Guilds modern apprenticeship specialising in electrical installation and design. Upon successfully completing this apprenticeship, he found himself craving a fresh challenge. This led him to enlist in the British Army, where he served for a decade within the Royal Army Medical Corps.
During his distinguished military career, Tom had the honour of working alongside the 1st Battalion the Parachute Regiment and collaborating with the UK Special Forces in numerous international assignments. His dedication and commitment led to his ascent to the rank of sergeant. Tom's thirst for knowledge also drove him to pursue a paramedic degree, further enhancing his skills in the field.
Eventually, to spend more time with his children Tom decided to transition from his military service and don a different uniform. He set his sights on the UK Oil and Gas industry, joining BP as a safety professional. Over the course of twelve years in this industry, he achieved professional recognition and completed a prestigious NEBOSH diploma, adding to the extensive list of safety professional certificates he earned during his offshore tenure.
Carly Allan
Carly’s entrepreneurial journey commenced at the age of 20 when she acquired her first Buy-to-Let (BTL) property back in 2001. This pivotal moment ignited her passion for entrepreneurship.
Carly’s journey began in Glasgow, where she dedicated herself to refining my financial expertise while pursuing studies in accounts. Through unwavering determination and tireless effort, Carly then went on to establish a thriving business that flourished for a remarkable decade until deciding to move on to fresh challenge
Today, Carly’s time is thoughtfully divided between her ongoing pursuits in property investments and her exhilarating offshore career in the dynamic realm of oil and gas. Within this industry, Carly fulfils the roles of a helicopter administrator and a radio operator, contributing my skills and expertise to this ever-evolving sector.
